Fitness (Stams)

Get on the bike or the trail, sit less and move more. It's spring and it's time to increase the stamina for Rainier. Here we can put down fitness ideas or goals to shoot for. Any interesting workouts and new routines shake up the monotony of training. Riding your motorcycle doesn't count Matt!

Peak A Week: this month I am taking on a new local summit every week. Any large hill climb will count; preferably more than 3 hours of hiking.
